I'm adding one of my favorite mad scientists, Underdog's arch foe, Simon Bar Sinister along with his vacuum gun (Simon says "come here!"). I took a few liberties and reimagined him a bit.

Really nice pieces here. Especially fond of Em's Colin Clive and Flydesign's Monster.
So here's my contribution, didn't come out as well as I had hope, partly the scanner but mostly me, still I rather like it.
Based on a quote from the movie, spoken by the incredible Claude Rains.
Even the moon is frightened of me,..!
