hey, they didn?t mention the voice cast at all, how refreshing.

I also really like the designs, and the background and colours look really nice too.
I just hope the story will be worthwhile

Except for Jack Black...but it looks good. Great designs, animation looks good...lets hope they got somebody good to write the story, somebody who resists the temptation of making it constantly refer to current pop culture while jam-packing it full of Smash Mouth tunes.

Can't seem to see the trailer right now. Tons of sites are blocked at work today, will try when I get home! Lookin forward to it!

hellboyone & keith > your opinion really matters about this one too.
I remember babbling about the project to you guys for the past 4 years . I hope it holds up to your tough standarts. It may not be Citizen Kane, but it is nothing we should be ashamed of (as of now).

Faroukba> Brian did some freaking cool looking shots , man.
Some make your spine cringe for its violence. And i do not want to sound condescending, but he is such a good guy to work with. "No ego, no fuss", gets the best shot done kinda guy....my kinda guy...

rgeto> Ray!!! I am sooo glad and honored you swung by .
Yes, i do want to receive postcards. Lots of them......
How's the family? How's that gorgious house working for you? Any plans for another kid? You 'd have to let go of your studio room there, wouldn't you?Oh, drawing is sooo overstated anyway..........
You know, i consider my stay in your school as one of my best favorite time in my career. I shit you not.....
How's your strip?
Would you show some of your work here?
Since you are part of this community, i think you just must, musn't you?
This is a good community and you might find here another good environement
for constructive critism and mojo..

Back about the movie....

I'll give you more insight soon if you want them.
In the meantime, know that i am still freaking jazzed about the project, even after nearly 4 years of devellopment and execution.....

What I could see, I liked (even the 480 version chugged like crazy at home, and it's not a weak machine!). So far the panda seems cliche, of course, the big fat lazy screw-up (hey, it's me!), but it's VERY pretty and the non-chuggy bits of animation I could see were great!

what i saw of this looked
really really cool. no offense,
but i was pleasantly surprised --
seeing some of the early stuff a
few years ago, i didn't know
if they'de keep the coolness or
water it down.
the chopstick/dim sum fight was
the best!

As an animator and a person that knows & enjoys the basics Wing Chun (no kicks yet), I'll be sure to check it out.

Looks great. 8)

That's the movie for ever person who thinks every cg film looks the same. God bless ya. Then again I've never doubted Dreamworks could pull of a pretty cg picture if it ever had the mind to. It's the writing that's burned me whenever I've seen their flicks and while this was a teaser and by no means a deal breaker, like Toonimator said it looks like awfully familiar territory...
