Having said that, I don't think all of those are perfect likenesses. Close enough to be recognizable, but some of them could still use some tightening up. Especially Cage and Danes.
On the other hand, some are really dead-on! Especially Postlethwaite, Howard, Huffman, Tomei, Walken, MacGregor and Elton.
Anyway, I always like seeing your work, David! I hope it picks back up around here too. Personally, I still like looking at the caricatures at Caricaturama Showdown 3000, but I get a little frustrated by how it always seems to be the same dozen or so guys who always win, and people's voting seems to be based more on rendering than on likeness. One particular recent winner was very well rendered, for example, and an excellent composition, but I didn't think it actually looked much like the subject at all! That annoys me. Number one priority in caricature should always be likeness likeness likeness!
Okay, I'll stop ranting now.
