It looks pretty good, keep on practicing...
I'd kinda like to see more of your initial sketch in the image.

Be mindful of your proportions, and anatomy her left nee feels a pretty small compared to the right..
Also, be careful with the lines under her eyes.. Too many lines on a girls face tends to make her appear older.
Your inclusion of clothing is actually doing a pretty good job of complementing her form. The belt buckle is flattening out her her mid drift a tad, and I'm a little confused by her hat.
