I painted over a ballpoint pen sketch I did a few days ago of media mogul Rupert Murdoch. All the painting is done in Photoshop.

I've just commented on this elsewhere, but I'll repeat what I said.

It's a phenomenal piece, which puts me in mind of the Presidential portraits that Norman Rockwell did for The Saturday Evening Post.

I agree with Em... It's magnificent. Very nice texture. The only thing that bothers me is the hair. Somehow the strokes seem too simple against the rich face texture...

It's funny that Vince commented above me. I was going to say that the palette and style (especially in rendering the fleshtones) reminds me a lot of Vince's painted works.
