nice one. It's a fair start

you should make an effort to post it on here though
clicking links, as you know can lead to all kinds of
bullshit. I think that this could be saved as an animated
gif for sure and photobucket allows you to host them

I'm not that much of an animator and was working on a design that I decided to do a basic walk cycle to....nothing to major or mindblowing, but it is what it is.
Sorry for the super lo-res version, but my computer's internet connection isn't the quickest and figured I'd be able to upload a lo-res version quicker than something hi-res

Not bad. It could use a bit more stretch when he kicks out the front leg, and a couple more frames to smooth it all out. Trying playing it at half speed to see the difference. That's what helped me when I had that habit of moving things too fast (still do sometimes, haha).

I'm trying to get into Flash as an hand drawn animation program. It seems a bit...wonky, but it's still probably better than ImageReady. :P

Not bad. I find turning the onion skin feature off when inbetweening to be very helpful. I just use the "," and "." buttons to flip back and forth as I've seen traditional animators flipping instead of using a lightbox. It takes a hell of a lot longer, but I like the results better and it helps keep the volumes more consistent.
