I wonder how much it differs from the American version Stuart Ng published.

Probably the exact same. I think Stuart Ng just imported this one, rather than publishing it.
They say you should never hit a man with a closed fist, but it is, on occasion, hilarious.

According to Amazon, the page count is three times that of the Staurt Ng release and is in a larger format.
