I've got a story rolling around my head about Billy Batson that is working it's way out. Here is a concept of what I want Captain Marvel to look like. I wanted Billy's boyishness to show through so I gave him a button nose and ears that stick out a bit.

I'm writing the story out as I do the sketches. Right now, it's just fan fiction, but I will try to pitch this at some point. I've got the first issue scripted and I'm well into the second issue. The overall plot is done for at least a 12 issue run. These initial sketches just help me visualize things as I'm writing.

It's been forever since I've been in these parts.

Anyway, I shelved this project for a long while and have finally gotten around to doing the roughs for it. Here they are:
