After months of neglect, I'm back on the sketch blog wagon with this series!
U is for Ultron! That?s right, Marvel Comics' murderous artificial intelligence! Can?t go wrong with Ultron. He's awesome.

Thanks, Vlad.
Well, I actually had a couple days off this week so I finished the art for the series. I'll be posting one a day next week to finish the series.
Then I think I'm going to do another A-Z series, this time featuring the Legion of Super Heroes!

Glad you've picked these back up. Great Ultron!

Really looking forward to your Legion A-Z too. They're big faves of mine!

Good stuff man.

Isn't RR's gun the rifle from Aliens?
They say you should never hit a man with a closed fist, but it is, on occasion, hilarious.

Thanks, guys.
I'm looking forward to the Legion series, too.
SeraphSword: Yep! It sure is.

Today's entry: V is for Volstagg
Full title: Volstagg The Voluminous, the Lion of Asgard!
(I assume the exclamation point is mandatory, but I can?t say for sure.)

Volstagg is a character from Marvel?s Thor series, and is a member of the Warriors Three, Thor?s drinking/fighting buddies. He is known for being (a) awesome, (b) fat, and (c) totally rad.

Stay tuned for more updates this week! I?ve got the finished series ready to go, and I?ll be posting an entry each day this week.

Today's entry: Will Magnus
Creator and leader of the Metal Men, Doc Will Magnus has survived cancellations and disastrous revisions to be one of the most fun, high-concept characters in the DC Universe. Doc and his team of sentient robots, each named after and having the physical properties of a particular metal, are some of my favorite characters DC has.

Love it! Who can't bask in the retro goodness that is the classic comic book pop art look.

Today's entry: X is for Charles Xavier
aka Professor X, leader of the X-Men!
Now, I?ve got to be completely honest. I don?t much like Professor X. He always seemed kind of sinister- like he had some ulterior motive he wouldn?t share with the team. But then, I?ve never been a huge X-Men fan in general, so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

And no matter how you look at it, he?s better than X-Cutioner.

I love your retro style, half-tone patterns and colors.

Minor crit on Xavier: the perspective of the chair's wheel furthest from the viewer is off.
