funny how we have the first black princess, but i wonder how much screen time will we see her as that black princess. instead of the frog. i also found the frog dude, almost have a spanish accent, a bit antonio banderas at times.

i think the only french frogs i will dig, will be the ones from flushed away especially the one played by jean reno.

There's some lovely animation here, but why is the character design so awful?
I understand why Disney is making the film in this fashion (or at least I assume they're trying to recapture old glories), but how is this anything but a step backwards for animated feature films?

HAHAHHAHA i love the segment with the catfish. I'd prefer to see the entire film in this unfinished look. Something about the disney airbrush look that just kills the artwork for me.

I hear both arguments about the design. It would be great to see some "edge" for lack of a better word but it is still good, and within the Disney machine.

I liked the images/style that David Gilson came up with. Not "mad" at this one though. It has the classic Disney "style".

I like the design of the antagonist.

I agree. The supervising animator is Mark Henn, who supervised Jasmine and Mulan. I didn't like them either.
