inspired to get back into the jam after a couple years away...
just a quick contrast study with a sharpie, cleaned up and shaded a bit in PS & AI.
not so much with the likeness, but oh well.

Whilst i don't see Hugh Jackman in yours, Joey, i think its a very appealing illustration.

I like the clean line quality, especially of the hands and of the creases in the clothes - perhaps consider reducing them on his right thigh tho; they're a little confusing here. I like the shadows on his body but the shadow his body is casting on the floor seems to be a careless extra added at the end as it doesn't quite match up with his feet or fit with the style of the piece as a whole.

Overall tho i like it.

I like the idea of have the hand and cuff in silhouette on the leg. Would be great to see how you would treat it in black and white.
