I think cs3 should have image ready... for animating gifs

CS3 Doesn't need image ready as its built into Photoshop. Look under window there is a window called Animation. This brings out an animation timeline. The way it works is each layer, group of layers or folders can be called by a frame. You turn one on on a frame then make a new frame then turn that layer off and activate the next. When you are done you render it by Saving for web, select gif. Thats it. Drag it over a browser window to see.

Hey guys, I've been lurking on these boards for awhile now so I figured I'd throw on the first walk cycle I did in college. Drawn on paper and assembled in Flash.

Those are both really good, Siskavard.. Did you do them both in ToonBoom? I have trouble making my characters look good when I animate directly into Flash; they always come out really sketchy even after I go over it a couple times.
