Clay band magnets

Made these with Fimo clay as a gifts for a musical familly. One for each musician kid.

And few days later, their uncle comes mad, because we (woman, who ordered the magnets and I) left him out. He is (of course) also musician...

Each of them about 10-15 cm high. Fimo clay, some wires, epoxyde glue, magnet on the back of each, some acrylic painting and varnish on top.

pretty cool character designs, from a drawing point of view the 3d characters would be a nice starting place for further cartoon style explorations. I would encourage your friend to continue and broaden his designs ideas.

pol, just to explain: I made these magnets (and not my friend). Else, i totally agree with you. Actually i am already drawing a lot of comic style characters. Those magnets are 'made of' my previous comic style drawing expirience... And yes, my english sucks. I know that.
