I'm working on half-sheets of pastel paper so I guess they're about A3, using sanguine and pastel pencils mostly.

That was Ali from last night. A 50min pose with conte crayon on cartridge paper prepped with diluted emulsion (latex? US).

The second one is DEFINETELY beautiful. And the third one... with such difficult perspective (well, to me :p)

Thanks,
that third one was quite complicated to construct (as you have figured!) and took me almost the full 50min to just get mapped out leaving very little time for any shading. Generally on foreshortened poses I would normally have left out the feet etc. to save on construction time. I would love to have had time to build it up some more.

Blah, but you pay so much attention to shapes & forms that you hardly need shading. Thanks to you for sharing these... yesterday I began my second life drawing class and these will be real useful for future classes!
