[awarded] Need 300 Stylized, 2D Illustrations

I have a client in need of an artist(s) to generate 300 illustrations, based on design documents and asset lists that will be provided. These will need to be stylized illustrations (cartoony, "roger rabbit -ish") that maintain a consistent look & feel. The digital illustrations will be going into a 800x600x72 scene at a size ~100x100x72, but the source will need to be about twice that size for future use. The project deadline is August 22nd.

The client requires five art sample tests, selected from a list of 300 items, to be provided before they will consider any bids. The list of 300 items includes items as simple as a coconut or a large candle all the way up to a suit of armor. So you have the choice of choosing the complexity of the items you will use as a test. These tests will be un-compensated for, unless you are the winning bidder. (note: I watermark the images to ensure they are not used unfairly)

I am looking for cost & time estimates based on the amount of work to be completed. An accurate estimate will not be able to be made until you review the additional information under a NDA.

General requirements:
Professional attitude
Prompt communication
Core hours in U.S. EST time zone, or ability to communicate for at least 4 hours in EST
Ability to communicate in the English language
Accessible via IM and e-mail
If awarded job, all work will be "work-for-hire" in every definition of the term, and you will surrender all IP rights per the contract agreement
