I think also what will go a huge way to stopping this looking like a some what cheap 3D model is paying attention to the stripes on his suit. If his suit was made from a rough old woollen blanket then it works but I would imagine you did not intend that to be the effect. The good doctor would probably have a saville row number on his back and saville row does not make stripes that operate independantly of each other
