Tablet

Postby SkillsThatKill » Wed Jan 09, 2008 5:39 pm

Hey guys i have always been doing my stuff on paper, and if i do coloring its with colored pencils or oil crayons. Recently I have been wanting to work with photoshop and digitally coloring my stuff. Right now i have Photoshop CS, wondering if its enough for a beginner or should i buy some other program. Also i want to buy a tablet for easier drawing (i suck with a mouse) so if anyone has suggestions for a tablet (reasonable price for a beginner) THanks alot

photoshop cs is just fine,
and i would say, there are alot of cheaper tablets, but i got a Wacom intuos 3 recently and its been more than great. my suggestion would be to stick with wacom, there's also the bamboo and the graphire lines if your looking for cheaper tablets.

thanks monkey, i was just wondering which one is better, the bamboo one or the fun one, i can only get something 100 or under so those r my only choices. The fun one seems very sleek with all the wireless n also has the bonus programs but i wanna get the best one in terms of actually drawing.

in terms of drawing, the fun one, has an eraser end to the pen, a mouse and is availabe in a larger size, so i would say its your better option
