Okaaaayyyy. I must admit to loving the show. But I always wonder why oh why didn,t they decide to do it animated instead! Gad! Always live action. *sigh*
And I wonder if Shyamalan is the best choice to direct a film that has a lot of kung-fu style fights. Curious and doubtful at the same time.

That's actually a pretty good reaction...a bit of what went through my head when I read the article.

This is so far out of left field, it's crossing over a bit on right field's turf.

And I really love that show too. To see something like this happen...I feel tears coming on...

This show is surprisingly good (or at least it was a surprise for me...) and if I had a list of twenty directors to take this project and M.Night was one of them, he would be number 20. After Unbreakable, he seemed like a talented guy. After Lady in the Water...hmmm....not so much.

like i said, i've been told by people that liked it that i would really like it (knowing the films that i like). i REALLY enjoyed The Village even after lots of people twelling me how much it sucked

i also don't quite understand this sentiment...lots of artists/musicians/actors/directors etc. do good things and bad things, why should one bad thing have any effect on how i feel about the rest of the body of work?

Andrew, Lady in the Water is SO self-absorbed and pompous it just may make you want to kill the man. It's also quite terrible.
