Would love to be a kid and go trick-or-treating at your house. :) They look great.

Those are cute! :D I like the pirate one :)
I haven't carved any yet this year, but I have a old photo, if that is allowed ;)

Cheers,
Francesco

Love that pirate one.

My 3 kids wanted:
- something scary (6 year old)
- something funny (3 year old)
- my 5 year old penciled his own design with the jaggy mouth

Those are terrific, Johnny :D

Since I have been granted the permission (via pm ;)) to post an oldie, here it comes, my
very first carved pumpkin :D (we don't have this tradition in Italy so I started to do it
once in the States ;)) Right now I am busy sculpting some tombstones for my frontyard
but I would love to carve another pumpkin if there is time.

Cheers,
Francesco

Wow Francesco, that is so cool, and super creepy. I think my 5 year old would wet his pants if he saw that one!

Good grief, Francesco, that's the most frightening pumpkin I've ever seen!
Great expressions on each of yours, Johnny. Great mouths, especially.

Regarding pumpkins depicted:

Can't take credit for the pumpkin pirate,
(apparent fave that he is). He was carved
by a fellow Pumpkin Party participant.

Each PPP carved a single pumpkin
during that period of the party.

Mine's a serving of usual fare.

Thank you, guys ;D Yeah, it turned out pretty scary: I got a couple of kids or 3 (mostly
gilrs) who started to cry when they saw it ;)
I gotta take some pics of the tombstones I have been working on yesterday and today
(if it's ok to post them here) and post them.

Cheers,
Francesco

Great jackolanterns everyone; here are the ones we did at our house, the designs from left to right by myself, my 9yr old daughter and finally my 6yr old son. (did the dangerous part with the knife and have the bandages to prove it!)
