There's some great pencil work in here this month... moonman and maverikanim, fantastic!

I'm in a 'must get better' mood lately... Have really been influenced by Em and Bobby Chiu's recent tutorials. And I'm sick of sucking. It's time I got back to what I was taught, so I treated this as a painting, working from tonal values first and going from there. I'd like harsh C & C if you have some. I really quite tried here...

Here are mine. I think done in about 15 minutes altogether. Almost had a heart attack though when I was doing the last one and my daughter's friend decided to wander into the kitchen. My kids are USED to seeing nude people on the computer while I draw but I really didn't want this one to go home and tell his parents about how Catherine's mom looks at naked people on her computer.

Luckily a booming, "NO!" stopped him in time.

My first real go at digital oil painting. It has some blatant errors, so feel free to tear it apart.....nicely :)

Edit: Quick fix on a torso problem

Here's my pencils. I'm expecting some new brushes and pens in the mail so I'm looking forward to putting some ink on it. I'll post some comments then.
