Need color flatter for projects (PAID)

I'm doing several coloring jobs and it's gotten to the point that I need an assistant.

I am offering some pay for current jobs which pays as I get paid, and am looking to contract someone for future coloring. I do have 1 HIGH profile job that pays back-end and I need a flatter for it desperately. I do prefer someone within the US. I do have some pay jobs that I need a flatter for as well. I'd like to get 1 person for everything.

Payment breakdown is as follows for EXISTING jobs I have now:
Jobs I do that pay me on back-end I will pay 10% of whatever I make. (I have 1 for 37 pages- HIGH profile- contact for info)
Jobs I have that pays me under $50 per page, I will pay $5 per page (I have 1 of these for 5 pages, 2 for 24 pages each)
Jobs I have that pay me $50 and over I will pay $10 per page ( I have 1 going on, & 2 coming up)

Any future coloring contracts, I will pay $10 per page for flats. Future contracted jobs will pay 1/2 in advance & rest upon completion.

This will be labeled UNPAID until payment is specified. Saying that someone will get paid as you get paid doesn't necessarily mean you're getting paid anything, ever. So, please clarify what you're paying. Thanks.

Payments have been listed. Sorry about the mix up. there's a lot of stuff & I didn't want it to get confusing. I'll let you decide if it can be switched to paid now.
