uploading questions - reached 4mb limit

Postby jrc » Fri Jun 23, 2006 7:54 am

I just tried to post a pic, but got a message that said I had reached my 4mb limit?? I don't post very often (once every few weeks), but I did recently post around 6 pages of sketches in the 'sketchbook' section.

Will the limit reset? Weekly? Monthly?

Anyone? Anyone?

thanks
JRC

Hey Jrc, if you hit up the 'uploads' area on the mneu at the top, you can see everything you uploaded. Then you can edit and delete the old attachments by deleting some old uploads., freeing up some space for you.

I meet the same problem of the 4MB. But I have seen users who have uploaded many more pictures than I did ; for example 'the ronin' has many many pages in his forum : how is it possible ?

Ronin does it in the old way, linking the pics from another site. If you want to upload more pics here you can post smaller ones, or you can link them like what Ronin does. Hope this helps! (I like your drawings! :D )

1. find the full link of your pic e.g.
http://www.abc.com.pic1.jpg
2.
3. place the link within the tags in (2)

Many sites do not allow hot linking. You can try photobucket, it should work. :D
