Fantastic work on all ends! I'm sorely out of practice, but I took a shot anyway. Any crits are certainly welcome :)

Hey ya'll. This is the first drawing Jam I've participated in since...like 4 years ago?! Anyway, I hope to make an appearance every month from now on (gotta keep those New Years resolutions, or the New Years baby visits you in the night and crawls on your ceiling).

Everything I've seen so far in this thread is outstanding. I'd comment on every single piece if I had the time, but I don't. Suffice to say, I'm happy to be posting in the company of such great artists!

no matter how hard i try, i can't get it to come out cartoonish/stylized.

hy, i wouldn't worry about it, it just means you have a personal style... and a wonderful style it is, too. Great job on the face, she's lovely!

I love most of Your works guys. Especially Kaligula and Walrus knock me out :)

My take. Problems with anatomy, but I'm going to study it one more time.

I don't know if you forgot her nose, or if it was a stylistic decision...but either way, I think it really needs a nose. it's not simple enough of a design to get away without one, I think.

In the end, whatever you think is best. It is your drawing. I would suggest, if no nose, then at least put in the nostrils.
