I like these very much.
As for the undies goung under the garter belt, I do not think that's the way they go.
At least according to the movies I saw

Idea being that you can take off the undies without disturbing the aesthetics of the garter belt/ stocking combo which stays on...
I think it's because some male chauvinist pigs like their women to keep their garters and stockings after they got rid of the undies.
Off course, I am not one of those people, but that's what I have heard
