Tutorial on inking using path utilities in Photoshop?

Postby kilowatts62 » Thu Sep 01, 2005 10:42 am

Hello,

Back in a previous version of this board there was a tutorial done by RandyPanTheGoatBoy on using the pen/path tool in Photoshop to digitally ink a drawing.

Can someone make that available again on this board?

The topic url was

If ya mess with the big dawgs, ya might git bit!!

I've found the easiest way is to do your linework with paths, then use "stroke path" from the paths palette flyout (little triangle, top right). This gives you the option of simulating pressure for near-perfect thick-thin lines. I've got it mapped to a keyboard shortcut and it works like a charm.

I know it's not a tutorial, but...
