here's my take. angle of the head is s bit off.. and she's a little boney. heh heh.. didn't feel ambitions enough to put in the detail on the shirt. c+c welcome.

Here's my humble attempt, quick pencil blunt pencil drawing some colours in Paintshop and a photshop filter.

Pencil Sketch, digitall photo of it.
Coloured with Fuzz soft brush in paintshop.
Aplied a filter or two from photoshop over it.

Well it?s far from finished; more of a work-in-progress. I played with her face a bit; larger eyes, smaller nose and so on. And I?d started to mess with her hair to give it that wild wind swept look.
