Jam 7.1.04: Arnold

Postby BurnComics » Thu Jul 01, 2004 7:24 pm

By popular demand, there will be a new jam every 2 weeks, and we will alternate girl and non girl subjects. To kick it off, we'll start with the manliest of men, and a great example of the male physique.

His shorts in the last one make me uncomfortable.

The fact that he's my state's governor makes me uncomfortable!
...
But he does... or did... have a great physique. Thanks for posting something different for a change, Adam, I'm looking forward to it!

Ah, Thorsten, that's what i talking about last jam, the way you always used to be first to the Jam. You're back, and in good form too. Love those swirly lines defining the muscles. I like the first image best, because of the colors, 'though I confess I like the left line definining the teeth in some of the other shots.

But what is is with the skullcap? Seeing one person draw a yarmulke on Ahnold is weird enough, but then Soryrony joins in, too... What are you guys saying with the kepah, i don't get it!

Anyhow, here's some roughies from me, nothing as finished as last jam, sorry!

Da peacekeeper- I like the shading. Maybe I should start playing around with shading. I was waiting until my figures were better.

walrus- Ive loved your gals, now I see youre good with male figures too.

Just before this jam I did a drawing of superman for a friend. I thought it looked good. But now that Ive drawn arnold, my superman looks like a skinny girlie man.
