Unfortunately No I do not exercise. I wish I did. And I'm gonna keep on wishing until it comes true.

I try and exercise regularly, mostly running and lifting weights. It really ups my energy level for the rest of the day and I think it makes me more alert when I plop down in my drawing chair.

I play squash and swim. In the summer I play rounders (do you have rounders in the U.S.? It's kind of a girly one-handed version of baseball. It's great) and cricket. Sadly I do all these things really quite badly but hopefully they make up for the days when I don't even step outside my front door.

I love Rounders! I only get to play once or twice a year, though. The only place I've ever seen it played here in the states is in conjunction with various Renaissance Faires or with groups that sprung out of them. I've even known of some of the 'faire-related rounders teams to be invited to baseball games and play in the field a bit (in full Renaissance peasant garb) before a baseball game as a sort of pre-game entertainment. But on the whole, I would doubt that one person in 5000 here knows anything about rounders.
