DiCaprio as Howard Hughes, thats interesting casting. I hope he's growing his hair and toenails for HH's mad later years.
Is that Gwen Stefani as Jean Harlow??? Great likeness, of that there is "No Doubt".

Ithankyew.sorry. :)

This movie will be interesting. I've never had a hatred for Dicaprio like so many others after he did Titanic. I always admired his dedication to acting. He picks good scripts. Loved Catch me if you can.

People who don't like DiCaprio have never seen Basketball Diaries and What's Eating Gilbert Grape. He's gonna be one of the greats. He wasn't even bad in Titanic...but the movie was just....wow....crazy bad. The dialogue is so hard to listen to.

The only people overrating DiCaprio are teenaged girls. He's mostly hailed in the press for being cute or who's quim he's in lately, not for his acting. He's on track for a Johnny Depp-like career (from humble tv roots to great grown-up movies).

Hey Ed, way to give a movie a fair shot. What, did you get through the credits? :p

It didn't help DiCaprio's "good actor" profile by having The Man In The Iron Mask and Titanic released pretty close to each other, at least here in the UK. Both films were kind of pin-up stuff rather than quieter, character driven films. All stars go through that though.
Apart from those two films I think he's been consistently good in all his work. Catch Me If You Can was terrific. I just didnt think of him as HH, but Im interested to see what he does. Scorsese must have liked what he saw during Gangs of NY.

I think DiCaprio's a decent actor mostly and extraordinarily good in Gilbert Grape but I loathed Basketball Diaries (admittedly not for his performance especially I just thought the film as a whole was wretched).
