Congratulations Rick and Adam. You two have both worked tremendously hard at your craft. Those of us who have been frequenting this board over the last couple of years have all witnessed the growth. ( hell, we've all seen ourselves improve too because of the helpful, inspiring and thoughtful responses and constructive crits so generously shared here on this board!
