The facial features look right, but the face shape doesn't work for me at all. I think of Hackman as having a much smaller, rounder face. The long face and long chin really hurt the likeness, in my opinion.

I have to agree with don on this one.
try chopping out most of the area between his bottom lip and chin, and see what it looks like.
