Very cool. It's what I imagine Astroboy would like like if Tony made and armor for him.

Thanks guys! I normally don't do cute drawings, but I'm happy with how it came out.

Heard some customers talking about their favorite movies of the summer so far and how disappointed they were in one of them. So that and reading some of a previous Indy 4 script inspired this image.

Well, Duh!

;)

Great cartoon, and a sad but true sentiment (although I haven't seen Indy or KFPanda yet, I've seen and enjoyed the other two!)

Thanks! Glad you liked it!

Imagine if you took the upcoming 'The Dark Knight' movie and used the cast from the 1966 Batman TV series but kept the cinema photography, story, and tone of the movie and showed it to audiences back in 1966. It would scare the living daylights of the audience! Well, here is what the movie poster might look like.

Image

Why I came up with that idea, I don't know, but I had to try it. Using one of the Joker posters for TDK as reference, I snagged a photo of Ceaser and drew him in Heath's pose. While the likeness is not quite there, I loved the way it came out. Manga Studio Debut was used for the pencils and inks, and PhotoShop was used for the colors and text.

LOVE it! :D

Great idea indeed. I would say just add the pinky as it seems to have only 4 fingers on
that hand (I know, the shadow and all, but just a hint of the pinky would be nice ;))

And now I will seat and wait for Bubba getting back to me on the 4 fingers hands ;)

Cheers,
Francesco

TheRonin: Thanks for the input! I added a hint of the fourth finger as per your suggestion. Glad you liked it!

: Thanks! I don't do 'cutesy' that often, so Iron Man was fun to do.

Just did a quick one hour practice and came up with a Joker based on the animated series. I kinda like it.

My absolute favorite(and they are all fine pieces, mind you) is the movie poster. That is such a kick in the head. I don't know what it says about me, tho, that I recognize and identify every name without having to google nary a one. :?

And I love that you included the mustache.

youtube Dark knight 1966 style. It takes several clips from the Adam west batman and overlays the audio from the Dark Knight trailer. EXTREMELY funny, and well done.

Dotar Sojat: Sad part about the old 60's series is that I wasn't born yet, however I loved it syndication when I was growing up. Glad it kicked in the nostalgia factor. :D

new guy: Check that out, it was pretty funny. Thanks!

Here's a JLU imaged done in my bad mimicry of the animation style for the show that I did earlier in the year.
