Do you have the sketching stylus?

www.thinkgeek.com

Search for Pogo!

It makes it a lot easier to sketch and you can use your free hand to edit settings as you draw.

Photoshop sketch of Mysterio! He's one of my favorite classic Spidey Villains, because he's so cheesy and dated in a really classic way.

Ol'e fishbowl looks great. I like his pose, "give me a big hug, but watch the headbutts".

Thanks for the kind words on Mysterio. I may have to ink and color that. In the meantime, here is a picture from the TV show "Leverage."

Cool Eliot... anyone up for a "Leverage" thread?

There's a meme trending on Twitter right now called #Mrvlcats, which, as you can imagine is Marvel characters portrayed as cats. I decided to do a Quasar one because I really don't think anyone else will.

Thanks, guys! I loved doing that Quasar cat one. It was fun. I was compelled to draw that Mysterio after marathoning Spectacular Spider-Man.

Personally, I think any variation from the standard Dalek template is a violation of the Dalek concept, but... what the hell.

Just a sketch. Might work it up more later.

I definitely gets over the old "stairs" problem :D

A fun idea, but I agree with you - the basic Dalek design is so iconic, any major change is sacrilege.

I'm not sure how I feel about the most recent official Dalek design. Maybe it'll grow on me, but at the moment it seems pointless.

I saw a challenge to create a new Amalgam character along the lines of those done in the 90s, but not one of the existing mashups. So, I took Marvel's Nova, and DC's Hawkman and made Novahawk.
