Jam 43 - Is There a Doctor in the House

Can't just post stuff and not leave comments...so here goes.

EM- SWEEEET CHRISTMAS!!!! I want this for my desktop..a poster..my phone... captured his intensity dead on. He's not a Doctor of second chances indded.

SAWDUST- Nice House. Something about the eyes bug me though. I like it. Could use a bit more scruffy looking.

MCSWEEN-"captain, I'm feeling abit woozy, permission to go to sick bay." Captured the likeness spot on. great job. McCoy's close but there's just a little something about his mouth, or maybe the eyes that's a bit off.

PATRICK- I like it! that little texture you added to the background is neat. Very cool job.

SGEABHEART- "Ive always known about you, Taylor." Nice Zaius sketch.

DARREN- awesome Ninth and Tenth Who's... I knew there would be a few Who's in this thread. Mostly why I forced myself to think in orther directions. Plus I knew you guys would do better ones than I could,

HEATHEN- Another cool Strange doing his mystical thing. the edging on the cape looked like fun to do. LOL.


RINGO- can I call you Ringo..Great Fate.

HUGH-Cool Doctor Doom.

SHAWN-Hardly watch the show but reconized the guy right off. Nice work. A bit more line or shadow to define his face a bit more. the coloring looks a little bland and too even.

DARREN- ahhh Zoidberg... very cool. I like the clean smooth inks too.

KEITH-Not too bad. The yellow parts could use some additional highlights and shadows but overall a nice first post.

HEATHEN- whne do you find the time? I love the line work..very old school feeling. I'm diggin' it.

RONIN-I never would have thought of him in a hundred years and I saw that episode too. Nice work. Love all the gray tones.

HUGH- ummmm... okay. Strange that I knew who it was but wierd at the same time.

ERIC WOLFE- Can't say I know who that is but I like it. Came out nice.
See what I was saying about the Who's? Better than I can do. Although your 10th Doctor reminds me of Peter Parker in Ultimate Spider-Man by Bagley.

HEATHEN- Nice.. would have made Kirby proud. I miss rotary phones.

RONIN- Doctor Strangelove? Never saw the movie but I like what you put together. Good compostion and use of the black white spaces.

DANIEL- Master of the mystic arts... Other than his hand looking a little wonky..I count six fingers..unless he's supposed to be waving it around. Sorry but I don't recognize the actor used for the model.

That should do it.

I would watch a medical drama starring Dr. Teeth.

The only medical drama I know the Muppets did was woth Dr. Bob and veterinarians hospital. Oooo..got to find a bit of reference for that one!

Thanks for all the positive feedback guys. Yes Francesco, I'm getting the tablet down, now I need to work on the "painting" and learn how to "do it right" vs "beat the picture into submission". I waste far too much time trying to patch mistakes. It seems a guy almost has to get better hanging out with all this talent. You all rock!

I had to look this up... Emergency Medical Hologram AK-1 (EMH Mark 1) I just knew he was the hologram "doctor" on Voyager.
