Great job guys. I love all the pics, especially Drugs' Miho. Makes me feel like the one I came up with is substandard

Wow!

Em... ?Awesome Bastard, dude. May be my favorite you've done.
Helix ?Saw this on your blog and couldn't believe you'd done it. Sweet.
Visual Myriad ?Nice painterly image... hate the font along the bottom, but otherwise really neat.
VoteQuimby ?Super job, man! It's very graphic, but graphic in a different way from Miller's work.
Capt. Genius ?You shouldn't be so self-deprecating, this image is rather accomplished.
Drugs ?Miho inspires in me two emotions... affection, and terror. Well done.
Darren ?Cute!
Petersen ?Your second one is definitely my favorite... I like the graphic shapes and stronger definition.
Sobreiro ?Elektra looks kinda old... technically brilliant, but she needs just a hair more youthfulness, I think. Cool Bullseye!
ShanMan ?I'm kind-of getting a 'Kent Brockman' vibe from your Marv... he's not squat enough for me. Really nice, though, good character.
Whew! Musashi ?Always a fan, man, always a fan. Nice stuff!

Aaand, my own contribution... I wanted to do a pretty girl, sorry Em...

em... Love the Yellow Bastard. I'm glad to see that you did decide to post it uncensored, as I think it's a stronger drawing that way. It's also great to see some full-body work from you.

visual myriad Very moody, very atmospheric, and I love the colors. Great work.

VoteQuimby Fantastic image all around. I salivate in anticipation of what you come up with for the Comics Jam.

Drugs Great Miho and Elektra. I'm not sure which one I like more, so I'll just say they're both really good.

Captain Genius I didn't know you actually drew things! Great Nancy, but those nipples could kill a man. ;)

Petersen I really like the style you're playing with on these. It's almost kaleidoscopic.

Darren I love it! It's a tight drawing, but it's still got so much loose energy to it.
Sobreiro I really like the heavyness of these digital works, particularly the Bullseye drawing. They have a great sense of weight to them.

ShanMan Wow! Fantastic, striking Marv. He looks totally psycho.

Musashi I like it, but I'm going to be honest with you in that I think it's one of the weaker things I've seen you post. I'm not saying that to be an asshole, I'm saying it because I think we both know you can do better.

KellyTindall Hey, what was that crack supposed to mean? ;) I really like what you've done with the shadows and negative space for this piece. It's really striking.

I don't think I missed anybody.

I'm working on my second piece for this thread, and it should suprise the lot of you to know it will be both INKED and COLORED! OMG!

Da, thanks a lot, guys. I'm glad Miho hit the mark so so much. I just wish I spent more time on her feet, they're a little rougher than I would have liked.

peterson - those marvs are all fantastic. very interesting use of light as shapes.

sobreiro - both of yours are gorgeous, but that elektra espacially is haunting. Great technique, really evokes a pastel and charcoal feeling

shan_man - that marv is just brilliant. I love the use of black and the super clean lines

em - i remeber that carrie from you and rod. Still very nice

Musashi - you're insane if you feel substandard compared to me. I wish I had the control over contrast that you do, as well as line cleanliness and posing.

kellytindal - that nancy is wonderful, great brushwork. I love the seein the ink splattered all over like that.

here's another from me - Becky in a scene from Big Fat Kill. I hope I can keep up the momentum, but I can't realistically spend all month just drawing fanarts. I got other stuff to draw! But you can definately expect a few more for this thread outta me.

Thanks for all the comments guys. Man, everyone's work looks awesome. Here's another Miho to the group.

em that robin is kick ass. Seriously, I think this is my favorite thing I 've seen you produce. the dynamic figure, the color treatment, and the texture in the bg it's all sweet.

Tindall I dig that Nancy especially the strokes in the bg. i think it would be stronger if her whole body(feet) were in the picture though.

votequimby, I was just rereading family values a couple nights ago. The color treatment on that is out of this world!

Musashi - Don't be so hard on yourself. That's a great little Miho; KellyTindall - Nice loose inking technique on your Nancy. Love the silhouetted face in the hair; drugmassacre - Man, you're on a roll. Becky's left hand looks a little funny, but it's cool nonetheless; VoteQuimby - That is outstanding. Gorgeous colour scheme and superb composition. I can't take credit for the Carrie Kelly Robin - Rod drew it ages ago, it's just the colours that are new and by me.

Animal, that's excellent. I love it, it's going in the Inspiration Folder for sure.

This is a very piss-poorly colored DAREDEVIL..... but it's only the second thing I've ever colored in Photoshop, so I'm trying to learn.......

It sure does come slowly-- the learning, that is.....

Hey, more great stuff guys.

Agenthelix - Bah. You're crazy.
...You're right, though.
drugmassacre - Well, I wish I was able to capture the image of Miho as well as you did.
StudioBueno - Nice! I would have drawin miho in the skate outfit but she looks a bit too much like the DK2 Carrie Kelley there and I wanted to draw her as well.
em... - Not really being too hard on myself. Just disappointed. Thanks.
tadem, Jeff West - Nice!
Cool DD sketch Mike!

Here's a Dwight...
