A Try at Coloring my own Superman

I recently posted this at Penciljack, and got kinda hammered there about it.

I'd appreciate your comments and crits, and advice:

Hey Yomark! I know this pic is pretty old now, but here are my thoughts anyway (FWIW): the rendering and presentation are nice, but the proportions are way off. He looks stiff, awkward and – for a MAN of Steel – feminine. Part of this is down to the neck, which is (as I’m sure you know) FAR too thin. But there’s the waist too, which tapers in too far, then flares out into these large, kind of female thighs. I’m also not wild about his incredibly bunched up underpants, which look uncomfortable.

My advice (again, for what it’s worth), chalk this one up to experience, learn from what doesn’t work, and do a more awesome Superman in the future.

Cheers!
