Thanks to Travis (I am humbled by your comment), and tylerdurden for the
kind words, always appreciated :)

RodGuen: lots of life in your sketch, my friend: you are da man :)
tylerdurden: yeah, that looks small but I would try to get in anyway ;) cool idea
bmoyers: nice pencils, even if I would never guessed the Doc ;)
demetrius: surreal! :) and I like your simple lines
travismoosehead: that's a cool POV: kinda reminds me the quick and the dead,
which is good cause I love that movie :)
Pod-Boy: that's a very funny one :D
travismoosehead: lots' of personality there (with that cigar ;))
guymon: really lovely sketches, Guy :) Are you going to color those?
visual myriad: WOW, Daniel.... those are hot!!! And really different from what I am
used to see from you. I demand more, please! :)
Pod-Boy: funny pic, but what's happened to his shoes???
visual myriad: man, now I have a taste of what would be your style for that project
you're working on: extremely cool :)
travismoosehead: another ace (speaking of POV): great ideas you have there.

Well, now now will look heavily inspired by the last two drawings, but the truth is that I
did this quick sketch last MOnday at work and just now decide to scan it. It's amazing
how similiar is to Daniel's drawing (a sheriff sitting at the bar) and Travis' drawing
(cowboys playing cards, mine being in the BG). Oh well. I guess the good ideas are out
there and we have the same antennas ;)

Hope you like it

Later
Francesco

Francesco - that's really cool man, I love the old feel you're getting into you're western scenes. My Dad was always a spaghetti western man and our attic and other storage places in the house are littered with these old pocket size western books, the drawings on the covers remind me very much of your work man. Keep it going it's beautiful stuff.

Joe- the work is perfect as always I think your colours are really well done man, there's always a highlight on a nose or a cheek that sparks the subject to life and gives a history to the characters in that you don't feel it's been the first situation they've been 'drawn' into, if you know what I mean. Anyway love the work.

I'm goin back to the grindstone to come up with another cowboy scenario. I'll post later on.

I've hit a dry patch here haven't come up with any ideas since my last post. Well I've been partyin hard at the weekend aswell didn't get any drawing in. Hopefully I'll post more durin the week if I can get my finger out, although Batman and War of the Worlds are released. Featuring Tom Cruise, anyone see his 'you jerk!' argument with the journalist at the British Premiere, I was in tears!!!

Anyway heydrude, nice idea angle wise, you should flesh it out man could work really well.

Mommawade, lovely little flash piece man, works really well show us some more man!

Take it easy keep sending in the western stuff, there's some great stuff in the thread now.

Tom.

francesco - i always love the very old-timey approach you give to subjects like this
mommawade - that animation was hilarious! great shapes!
