oorat, I like where this is going, but I think the first one is a little weak compared to the rest.

The cape cramps the motion on the character a bit, and one of the vital rules of action drawing was left out from the posing. Left hand forwards, left foot backwards. It's simple (and you used it on the other sketches), and it works.

Despite that, I want to see where you're headed with this style.

BTW, is the Kid America meant to be satyrical (like Team America)?

thanx guys, yeah, the first ones stance is all wrong, im trying to get a good feel for how a cap could and should look, i should probly check out books with better cape wearing heroes so i can get a handle on it.

yeah, kid america is a bit of a satire of ol' cap. i thought him up, and then i saw team america and added the f**k yeah to him. his costume i ripped off from the first issue of the ultimates, cap wore this old army version of his costume that was pretty sweet.
