The feedback from you and others I find interesting, because I was trying to continue the perspective from the 2nd panel to the 3rd to give it continuity. However, that's not how it "read". That's why I think it's important to share with others and get feedback. What I thought was clear, I'm finding out isn't so clear.
I agree with you that his legs don't plumb exactly either. In my thinking, he was twisting slightly, but you can't see the twist, because of his robe. Another thing I may need to fix, so that people don't look at it and go,"Huh?"
I'm afraid page 5 is going to be a bit longer in coming than I had hoped. I also play in a band and we have a gig this Saturday, so I have to practice.
My mantra is "Too much to do, not enough time!"
