BBCode (i.e. image tags)

While attempting to update the url to an image in the Drawing Jams section, I discovered that the BBCode is turned off when editing the post. This leads to the following questions:

- Is this a personal setting I can change and if so, how?
- If not, is this a bug or has that section intentionally been deprived of BBCode (i.e. the ability to show images)?
- If so, why?

Over four days now. Not being able to post an image in the Drawing Jams section isn't something to ignore.
