private messaging is buggy with opera

For some reason (or no reason at all), the page does not have the buttons to submit and preview, it ends before that. With firefox it's okay.

If someone having only opera writes a lenghty private message and just then realizes that, when trying to scroll down the page, that would be really frustrating

But pehaps it is a feature rather than a bug, a method to hinder boring opera users to bore other users with private messages.
