Just did a big clean up of all the topics. The Illustration section was ridiculous, there must have been about 300 spam posts I deleted (at least they stick to the one section)

Rick, myself and the other admins and mods are doing our best to clean things up once in a while. Apparently the owner of the forum is looking to upgrade the forum program as it's pretty dated and as a result has terrible spam protection.

Given my lack of artistic talent, I've been trolling this board for years. Even given the occasional periods of downtime this is the first time I've neglected coming here because of the bots. This isn't a criticism of the mods, it's not an enviable duty, but wtf bots? Why now and why in so great a quantity?
