Oh, and for a great Favreau flick, rent "Made". It's like a fun and half-assed attempt to bring the comedy team of Favreau and Vince Vaugne back together again. I love that movie. Classic buddy pic of two white doofuses being thrust into a world of New York pimps and hustlers (with P. Diddy as the main playah).

I walked out of that movie. It did reek of two guys trying to bring back former glory and failing miserably.

I have a great Jon Favreau story. But I'm not allowed to tell it. :)

Heres the suit.

I like the venting on the arms, looks kinda like the old ribbed arms of the 70's.
And the red circular things on his upper thigh. Lke the hip disks power thingys of the comic.

I ain't hating it.

Wow, that DOES look bitchin! That design would be right at home in the comics. A lot truer to the classic look, updated, than I thought they'd get. Even the faceplate... right on!

Now let's just hope the movie looks as good :)

It's a minor detail, but I'm glad they went with a circular chest light rather than the diamond-shaped one in the current comics.

Seems to me I recall seeing that shape on the chest of another SUPERhero...

Help me out here, man!

Wow, never noticed they aped the S-shield on the current armor! Guess it's small enough it didn't make an impression in recent books, but still goofy of Marvel to do.

I saw that video just a little while ago.

That's really great. I'm really excited about how many practical effects they're using in this.

He had that in the red and white/silver armor with the pointy head from the late 80's as well.

Wait, I just remembered: it was actually that villain from The Underdog Show:

"Diamond Bar" Sinister
