Man, I'm a nerd. My all time favorite show is Futurama, just edging out JLU.

I'm actually surprised at how few of the shows I've seen that have been listed so far. As is pretty obvious, I watch obscene, near-lethal amounts of TV, and yet I've never seen a single episode of most live action sitcoms like Everybody Loves Raymond or Friends, CSI, Law & Order, most reality shows, the Whedon shows or Babylon 5.
