There's some fun gags in that cartoon.

Also some ol' fashioned racial stereotypes, which are always ridiculous to see now.

Did you ever see the one of I think Daffy Duck vs. Hitler?

Pretty mild compared to WB's Private Snafu.

Yeah, I mean this is pretty standard for the time in which it was made. It's a basic propaganda cartoon.

There was an old WB cartoon I remember seeing a few times on TV about a flea (or maybe it was a tick...) moving to live on Porky Pig's dog, prompting Porky to try and give the dog a fleabath the whole short. At the end of the cartoon, the flea somehow knocks out Porky, puts him on a platter, and carries him away. The cat looks at this, looks at the camera, and says "Well, now I've seen everything..." and the cartoon abruptly ends.

EXCEPT, the cartoon has a few seconds more of footage than what's normally shown. After the cat says his line, he pulls out a revolver, puts it up against the side of his skull, and blows his brains out. Then the WB music kicks in.

I remember seeing this twice on Cartoon Network's old show where they showed classic cartoons...always thought it was bizarre.

Sounds like Hanna Barbara's Fantastic Max, which is a lot older than 10 years. More like 20.
