I'm sure this is not news to most, but Jerry loves it:

Is it too late to cast this guy in the movie?

It's almost like you can see the wheels turning as he is planning which tourists he is going to hit on the head during his escape! Hilarious!

Rod- I was skeptical at first but hearing yours and Phil's passion for the film won me over and now I'm nothing but excited. Hope we can see some of your boards in the art of book! And damn, tell Phil to start a blog or something

Looks amazing! Unfortunately it doesn't leave much drama for the movie seeing the hero beat up on the villain. Hopefully there are some more surprises left! I am however virtually rabid to see it and for the art of book at this point! Hope it's a huge success for you guys!

Seeing these trailers makes me forget the movie is good. It's like they pick all the parts I don't care for, and they show a few good parts out of context so it merely spoils the fun.

But, as I have been taught by those in the know, "the marketing dept doesn't tell us how to do our jobs, and we don't tell them how to do theirs." Good thing they're experts.

Marketing for movies has been retarded for years. But my excitement to see this one hasn't retarded. (See what I did there?)

Sure has a great look to it, and it seems like a fun movie.

I thought Marketing made all the decisions for everything in Hollywood.

The movie still looks fun by the way.

If you haven't already GO PICK UP THE ART OF KUNG FU PANDA!

It has some amazing character desgins by Nico and A SICK SICK page of Rodophe's hand drawn animation. Great stuff Rod!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I've seen a couple of sequences and I must say I'm looking forward to this one as much as I am any movie this summer. Great sets, great designs, the action is clever, well staged and well chroreographed and the dialogue (what I saw of it) is funny. Congrats to you Rod and everyone invloved!!!
Oh, BTW, I was at Target last night and the toys were almost all sold out.

Yeah, I'm all over this. I have been since Jerry announced he loves it, and that seems like it was months ago.

What I'm not all over is Jack Black channelling Chris Farley and busting out fat-guy kung-faux moves on the red carpet... seems a little close to his Tropic Thunder character.
