Man, Bruce can draw the hell out of Big Barda, can't he?

Awesome stuff.

Thanks for the link to blackline fever, Gibson, it yielded a few gems, and yes, with Barda as THE crown-jewel :shock:
Hula--lol, the grass is always greener! Frankly, I'd love to be able to do with acrylic what you can do!

I love the way he draws of course, but the thing that amazes me about his color work is that it just baffles me how he can get such beautiful results with markers on cheap copy paper...sheesh!

Love that Batgirl, the colors, pose and "cross-word puzzle"style sky-scrapers give it a real Yvonne Craig vibe for me.
this one makes me want to practice my brush-inking some more;

There really aren't enough superlatives to say just how well he draws, and what a huge influence he's been to not only animation, but comics and illustration in general. This a great thread, thanks for pointing us towards these treasure troves!

I thought he hated brush inking, but damn that supergirl is nice. I'd like to see that one colored as well

Well, yeah, but I've tried to do what both Bruce and Frank Cho do with markers, and just found I came closer with a brush.
And I'm betting Bruce doesn't hate Shane's brush-work... :wink:
