I took a bit of liberty with the face and hair and lighting:

Hi, all! Sorry I wasn't around last month - too busy to do the jam. Maybe a little more time this time round. Some great stuff by folks here so far this month!

Creamdog - nice lines and exaggeration. Great work!

Walton's Mt - love the pencil work on your piece, especially in the face and hair.

rob.garr - really cute take, I like the faces. Both of them!

Chris - gorgeous work on that shading!

Francesco - nice, original take! Like the dead body on the side serving her dinner.

anyhow, here's my doodle, I'd like to paint it in if I find the time, it's been a little while since I had the chance. So hopefully more to come...!

Inspired by their beutiful entries and by the ones from everyone else here, I decided to
join the fun, also because I think I never attended one
So, here it goes: I tried to put a new spin into it ;) (yeah, something is worng with me  )
I just hope she is not looking at this thread

Cheers,
Francesco

Francesco, that's just so brilliant, and for some sick reason, I'm finding it absolutely freakin' hysterical. I was just looking through the whole thread and when I got to yours, I just found myself completely cracking up. It's so wonderfully out of place, but yet so at home.

Hey, my first jam as well.
NuPastel on newsprint. It's hard to do fidgety details like the face with pastel.

I spent like three hours on the shading of the upper lip. It's probably the best drawing I've ever done.

Thought I'd get off my butt lurking and actually contribute for a change.

Just a quick ink job I tried to do up in markers (which I'm slowly trying to familiarize myself with).

first timer here, i had fun with this and look foreward to doing the other poses/models, so...sauceome
i changed her expression, cus the pose seemed alot more pensive than her face showed, but i feel bad for half assing the gargoyles and not fitting the full foot. it evens out i suppose

It definitely reminds me of the sort of thing you'd see on a Robert McGinnis paperback cover!
