I'm just astounded at the abundance of talent on this site...and how very self critical many can be...if you just stop to imagen way back when we all did this stuff on cave walls...
Some better than others butt still it was a way of communication,and as long as we were
communicating properly and effeciently it really didn't matter on the fundamental values that
we so often try to adhere to nowadays...butt anyway...I like it all 'cause if one makes reference to all past dead artists and all of their works, everything is valuable...Keep up the
great works of art...and again, thank you for the opportunity to view 'em... :lol:

downloaded the 30 day trial of painter yesterday. I really, really like it, and I also, really, really hate it because good God am I lost in that thing. anybody know of any good tuts for a beginner? I know photoshop backwards and forwards, but Painter is a whole new ballgame. here's my first sketch, about 30 minutes of being really impressed and frustrated at the same time.

Luba...later on...hope you can forgive the imperfections in tha shading....computer paper(can still see tah linesfrom the previous pic) anda regular no 2....whatever...its a first post....they'll get better...any criticisms or coments would be appreciated
