Adobe Acrobat help - Footers

I'm trying to page number my graphic novel, but I can't quite figure out how to do it. My main difficulties include:
- Starting the page count of <<1>> on a certain page that's *not* the first page.
- Figuring out how to put the right page number footers on the left for evens, on the right for odds.
- Figuring out how to change the font color of the footers for individual pages (bleed pages).
- Figuring out how to omit a page number for individual pages (cover pages).
And to do all this *automated*, not having to number each page one by one. Too many pages.
